8 WEEK COACHING PROGRAM
The 8 Week Coaching Program is a direct 1 on 1 coaching program, which gives you access to unlimited email communications with Juan directly.
Through this program, you will receive the following for 8 weeks:
- Email Communications
- Customized Diets
- Programs for both Male/Female
- Programs to meet your Bulking or Cutting Goals
CUSTOM DIET PROGRAM
Work with Juan to create a custom one time detailed diet program based on your goals and schedule. Please note the one time program does not include any changes after the initial program is developed.
1/2 HOUR VIDEO CONSULTATION
This 1/2 hour video conference consultation will give you a 1 on 1 direct coaching with Juan through FaceTime or Skype. This session will allow you to ask questions directly, such as nutrition and training.
16 WEEK CONTEST PREP
16 weeks of direct contest coaching via Email by Juan as you prepare for your competition. This will be scheduled and coordinated with Juan upon booking.

CUTTING PROGRAM

The Cutting Program by Juan Diesel Morel is specifically designed for those looking to cut. Since everyone starts at a different weight class, within the program, there are detailed nutrition plans for those that hover around 150lb, 200lb and 250lbs. The cutting program also includes a detailed training program for those that workout twice a day and those that workout once a day.
